Why should I use an electric toothbrush?
In short. Because an electric – or sonic – toothbrush removes plaque better than a manual brush. And it’s plaque that leads to the two main dental problems: dental decay and gum disease.
When should I change the Sonisk Pulse toothbrush head?
As soon as you notice the bristles splaying outwards or discolouring; or at the very least every two months!
What makes my Sonisk Pulse brush special?
Many things. But mainly:
- It’s travel sized and lasts for 90 days, making it an excellent travel companion.
- It’s antimicrobial and pulses at 31,000 strokes per minute, meaning uber clean teeth and healthy gums.
How do I care for my Sonisk Pulse?
Simply wash the bristles and stem under cold water for at least 10 seconds after you brush – to get rid of all the toothpaste, plaque and debris. When you can, also leave the cap off to let the bristles dry.
Who can use Sonisk?
We would recommend 12+ years old, or when all your adult teeth have come through!

How often should I see my dentist?
At least every 12 months, but it’s different from person to person, so go with your dentist’s advice. The answer depends on how much dental work you’ve had and your risk of getting gum disease or dental decay.
Is there a “wrong” way to brush teeth?
Well, yes. It’s bad to brush too hard. Or to brush for less than two minutes. And don’t forget to clean the tongue and the palate side of the teeth too.
Do I still need to floss when using the Sonisk Pulse?
Yes. Flossing gets where brushes can’t reach!
How often should I floss?
Clean in between your teeth at least once a day. You can use an ‘interdental’ brush (choose a size that’s a snug fit), rubber dental sticks or floss.
