What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
Patients can get a refund up to 24 hours before their booking time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be refundable.
Is there anyone the treatment is not suitable for?
Our treatments are not suitable for pregnant, breastfeeding or lactating women and persons under the age of 18.
How long will my results last?
We highly recommend having return visits as frequently as you wish to further whiten your teeth and, of course, people who have been prescribed whitening gels, having had the treatment in Sonisk Smile, can also purchase additional tubes of whitening gel through our website.

How can I retain my results?

Coffee, black tea, red wines, and smoking can increase tooth discolouration. Are there different treatment options?
You will only be accepted for treatment if you are 18 or older and that you are not pregnant or breastfeeding or lactating.
After you have consented, we offer 1 type of prescribed treatment in Sonisk Smile, only if, after we have examined your teeth, that we consider you are suitable for teeth whitening. Of course, if you are not suitable, then we will reimburse your total fees.
If you are deemed suitable for teeth whitening, we will then carry out a : chair-side professional teeth whitening and provide you with a kit for you to continue with a & 7 day at-home whitening. This is offered as a single package.
We are offering this as an introductory launch offer at £99 to include both the chair-side professional teeth whitening and also providing you with a kit for you to continue with a 7 day at-home whitening. If we also professionally prescribe additional gel for you at this same visit (the prescription is provided at no additional cost) then you , can purchase either in Sonisk Smile, or on line, top-up gels at £29.99 each (each tube is sufficient for 7 days use at home when applied twice per day). If prescribed, then you can subscribe and save and get a 7-day top up gel each months for £25 per month.
What personal or dental records do I need to provide prior to treatment?
When you book your appointment or walk in store, you will be asked to fill out our GDPR consent form which will require you to provide basic personal & medical information. This will be stored within our secure systems.
Will your procedure whiten all teeth?
No, any fake or restored teeth will not be whitened as it is not possible to whiten them with any whitening gels.
What is the expiry date of the teeth whitening gel?
We recommend you store your teeth whitening gel away from sunlight in a cool, dry place. We recommend to use your gel within 6 months of receipt of the gel.
