What happens if I’m feeling ill before the appointment?

If you are sick or feel ill in the lead up to your appointment, please contact Sonisk Smile Head Office on info@sonisksmile.com or call our store on *********** to reschedule your appointment. If you have recently been diagnosed or been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19; Please ensure to contact Sonisk Smile and your appointment will be cancelled until further notice.

Any bookings that are unable to go ahead due to COVID-19 government-enforced cancellations or closures will be given a credit note with no expiry date.

What are the costs involved?

At the time of booking, a £25 deposit is due to secure the booking. This £25 is deducted from your treatment total cost.

Is there anyone the treatment is not suitable for?

Our treatments are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under the age of 18.

How long will my results last?

We highly recommend having a 4-6 week top up after the first treatment and then every 3-6 months.

Does the treatment fix stains from smoking?

Yes our treatment is effective for most stains caused by smoking. Our team of professionals will be able to assist and advise you on the best way to treat stains caused by smoking.

Does the treatment cause sensitivity?

You may experience minor sensitivity whilst having the treatment, but they will be minimal.

It’s been over 12 months since my last top up treatment.
Do I have to restart my treatments from the beginning again?

To achieve the best results, we recommend your next treatment is a heated treatment in store. We recommend that you then receive your 4-6 week Top Up and regular 3–6-month Top Ups to maintain your maximum results.

Do I have to repeat the in-store process if I have been before?

No, if you have been previously prescribed Sonisk Smile Whitening Gel, then you can order our whitening gels from the Dentist to use at-home. You do not need to carry out the in-store whitening again.

How can I retain my results?

To keep your teeth whiter and healthier for longer after our treatment, we recommend the following: regular 3 monthly Top Ups, clean your teeth twice daily, floss often and drink plenty of water. We recommend you also avoid the following- coffee, black tea, red wines, and smoking.

How will my teeth feel during treatment?

You may feel a little sensitivity, but this is perfectly normal. It will only last a couple of minutes.

Is a dentist involved in my treatment?

Yes, every treatment is overseen and approved by a UK GDC registered dentist.
